WGEF Rampage Results

The Final Rampage on the MSN Circuit kicks off with a highlight reel of some of the notable results, the key matches, and all the things, that have made this the flagship show for the company. As the clips come to an end, previews for tonight’s matches begin to play, with Serenity Chambers Reso taking on Britney Jericho Orton, Gregory Erickson taking on Jeff Jarrett both in singles contests. Next up, Ivy Stratus and Chris Kinning team up to take on Mark Henry and Teal Moore in an Intergender Tag Team Match. Adalyn Raine takes on Phoenix to see who will become the first contender for the vacated Women’s Championship. Christian Cage takes on Spear in a singles contest. And in the main event, Mari Saito takes on Paris Jior to name the final contender for the Women’s Championship. Once the promo’s are all done, the camera takes one last shot of the crowd before the bell rings signally the start of the opening match.

Serenity Chambers Reso vs. Britney Jericho Orton

Once the match begins both Serenity and Britney lock up. They grapple for a few seconds, both vying for control. Britney gains the upper hand early on hitting a boot to the gut. She follows through by wrapping her arm around Serenity’s neck setting her up for a Swinging Neckbreaker. As Serenity falls to the canvas, Britney gets into position for the cover only to get as far as a two count when Serenity gets the shoulder up. After the cover, Britney gets to her feet grabbing Serenity by the hair pulling her to hers. Britney grabs Serenity by the wrist setting her up for a Short Arm Clothesline but Serenity ducks before Britney’s arm can connect. Britney manages to stop herself and turns around only to receive a Missile Dropkick from Serenity. As Britney crashes to the canvas, Serenity goes for a cover of her own only to pull Britney’s shoulders off the mat before the ref could reach the three. Serenity gets to her feet first pulling Britney to hers. Serenity positions herself behind Britney locking in an Abdominal Stretch as the ref tries to separate the two. Finally Serenity releases the hold, spinning Britney around. She then gets in a boot to the gut setting Britney up for a Sitdown Facebuster. As Britney falls to the canvas once again Serenity goes for the cover only reaching a two count when Britney gets the shoulder up. The two women get to their feet engaging in another series of blows. Britney gets in a thumb to the eye regaining the control over Serenity. She positions herself behind Serenity, wrapping her arms around Serenity’s waist and hitting a Belly to Back Suplex. As Serenity crashes to the canvas, Britney rolls her up for another cover only to get as far as a two count for her efforts. Britney got to her feet soon followed by Serenity. She wrapped her arm around Serenity’s neck setting her up for a DDT. Once again Britney goes for the cover and again Serenity gets the shoulder up at the two. Britney gets to her feet soon followed by Serenity. Britney gets in a few forearms to the face before grabbing Serenity by the hair and leading her over to the corner. Britney climbed up the ropes stopping at the middle rope gaining some leverage. Serenity got in a punch to the gut before wrapping her arms around Britney’s legs setting her up for the Light’s Out (Last Ride). As Britney crashes to the canvas, Serenity rolls her up for the cover getting the three.

Gregory Erickson vs. Jeff Jarrett

The match kicks off and as it does Jarrett strikes first blood hitting a Enzurguri sending Gregory straight to the canvas. He drops down to the canvas going for the cover only to get as far as a two count when Gregory gets the shoulder up. After the cover both men get to their feet locking up. The two men grapple for a few moments with Gregory gaining the upper hand. Gregory gets in a Yakuza Kick dropping Jarrett to the canvas. Instead of going for the cover, Gregory reaches down scooping Jarrett off the canvas hitting a boot to the gut before turning him upside down setting him up for a Vertical Suplex. As Jarrett drops to the canvas, Gregory goes for a cover of his own only to get a two count for his troubles. After the cover Gregory gets to his feet soon followed by Jarrett. Gregory hits a Lou Thesz Press following through with some mounted punches taking Jarrett right back to the canvas. He goes for another cover only to get as far as a one count. Gregory gets to his feet pulling Jarrett to his. Gregory goes for a Dropkick. Jarrett scouts the move and manages to get out of the way before Gregory’s feet can connect. Jarrett scoops Gregory off the canvas locking in a Sleeper Hold. As Gregory starts to fade, the ref grabs Gregory’s hand dropping it once then twice. When he starts to drop it a third time Gregory starts to battle back. He gets in an elbow to the gut freeing himself from Jarrett’s grasp. Gregory gets in a boot to the gut draping Jarrett over his shoulders wrapping his arm around Jarrett’s neck before swinging him outward as if he were going for the F5 before hitting his version of the Diamond Cutter. As Jarrett crashes to the canvas, Gregory rolls him up for the cover getting the three.

Mark Henry and Teal Moore vs. Chris Kinning and Ivy Stratus

As the match gets underway, things start off with Ivy Stratus and Teal Moore. Both ladies lock up, grappling for a few moments. Ivy gained the upper hand hitting a Chick Kick sending Teal reeling backwards. Ivy followed through with a boot to the gut before hitting a Facebuster. As Teal fell to the canvas, Ivy rolled her over onto her back hooking her leg for the cover only to get as far as a two count when Teal got the shoulder up. After the cover Ivy made her way over to the corner crouching down watching as Teal slowly got to her feet. As she did and turned around, Ivy raced out of the corner heading straight for Teal setting her up for a Spear. Teal scouted the move in time stepping out of the way watching as Ivy go head first into the ring post. Teal dropped down to the canvas grabbing Ivy by the leg rolling her up for the cover, getting as far as a two count before Ivy gets the shoulder up. Teal gets to her feet grabbing a fistful of Ivy’s blonde hair pulling her to her feet. Teal gets in a boot to the gut before wrapping her arm around Ivy’s neck and hitting a DDT. She rolled Ivy onto her back hooking her leg for the cover only to get a two count for her troubles. After the cover Teal gets to her feet making her way over to her corner tagging in her partner Mark Henry. The World’s Strongest Man makes his way into the ring as Ivy staggers to her feet. Seeing Henry coming up behind her Ivy rushes to her corner tagging in her partner Chris Kinning. As Kinning gets in the ring Henry races towards him. Kinning drops to the canvas hitting a Drop Toe Hold. Instead of going for the cover Kinning gets to his feet stalking Henry as the bigger man gets to his. As he does Kinning gets in a boot to the gut followed by a Spin Out Powerbomb. He goes for the cover only to get a two count for his troubles. After the cover both men make it to their feet grappling for a few moments before Henry comes out on top. Henry wraps his hands around Kinning’s neck setting him up for a Gorilla Press Body Slam. As Kinning crashes to the canvas, Henry goes for the cover only to get a two count when Kinning gets the shoulder up. After the cover Henry gets to his feet grabbing Kinning by the throat and pulling him to his. Henry lifts Kinning into the air once again, setting him up for another Gorilla Press Body Slam but before he can follow through with the maneuver Ivy sneaks up behind him hitting a low blow before pulled out of the ring by Teal. Kinning drops to the canvas. Kinning gets in a boot to the gut draping Henry across his shoulders before swinging him outwards hitting the Code of Silence (Brock Lesnar’s Cyclone). As Henry crashes to the  canvas, Kinning rolls him over onto his back hooking his leg going for the cover, getting the three count.
