Raindrops fall In feathered showers; It's soothing balm Absorbs the hours. Here I stroll, And there I sit, My vessel hand A bowl to it. If flowers bloom From nectar fine, I'll stay - until Such beauty's, mine. (c) ZYDHA HART 2004 | |

Hi Zydha! This is truly beautiful! Reminded of how I felt the other day whilst on my way to pick my daughter up from school and the drizzly rain was coming down and the trees and grass looked so beautiful in its wet greenery. A lovely poem! I also really liked "You are...". Beautifull love poem! Eva |

This is a strange poem, Eva, it is one I like having written and I am pleased both you and Val like it, but it is now sitting in the top five 'Most Read' poems somewhere else and last I looked, was approaching 150 hits at No1! I was so excited...I shouted to a couple of our poetic friends to go have a look! lol That included my replies of course, but it has been recieved to date, as the best one I have written (from submitted poems so far). So, I am rather proud of this one, lol, but I 'do like it' too. Gosh...'You are'! I had to go back and remind myself of that one, my little love poem. Thank you for so many lovely comments last night Eva, you are wonderfully inspiring and I do appreciate whatever you have to say, Zydha x |
