Long time no see, Happy Thanksgiving all. Hope it is a good one.

It's been such a crazy year this year, and then Nov.! Truck died,
part of a new dental filling came out, then was in accident with friend's truck and a pile of rocks, lol. Well only some fractured ribs and bruised kidney from that, it
coulda been much worse.

So, I am healing up, and watching movies today. Another friend is bringing over some plates from their dinner later today. Well, some people will do anything to get out of cooking huh? :)

Why did the turkey cross the road?
It was the chicken's day off.

If the Pilgrims were alive today, what would they be most famous for?
Their AGE

Why can't you take a turkey to church?
Because they use such FOWL language

What do you get when you cross a turkey with an octopus?
Enough drumsticks for Thanksgiving

Why did the police arrest the turkey?
They suspected it of fowl play

Why did the Indian chief wear so many feathers?
To keep his wigwarm

What happened to the Pilgrim who was shot at by an Indian?
He had an arrow escape

What did the turkeys sing on Thanksgiving Day?
God save the skin.

Happy Turkey Day,  Tiffany and I did our now annual pilgrimage to my sister-in-law's and husband's restaurant where they put on a free feed for anyone who cares to come by...  Had a great time serving (plus I played bartender ).  Everything went well with tons of great food and comradery.

What a great thanksgiving! I ate too much turkey and ham. We had a mini pool tournament and I got a $100.00 bonus from my #1 boss.
I think I'll go buy a spiral cut ham for Christmas and maybe a case of beer too.  pf
