Let me start by explaining that the pictures which are moving, are called animated gifs. There are several spots on the internet where you can find free animated gifs. Once you find ones you like, you can save them on your computer or a disk, for future use. Just remember where you save them. You may want to create a new folder, just for gifs.
Now, to begin, there's 3 ways you can add a picture to your message.
First you have to click the "Insert Picture" icon on your message task bar. When you click on the icon, it opens to a page with 3 tabs to choose from. The first tab will take you to any photo album in your "subscribed to" group. If there's a photo in any of those albums that you'd like to use, click the group name, then click the photo album. All photos in the album will load on the right of the page. Click on the photo you want then click the "" icon which appears above the screen with all the photos showing. If you want to use a photo which MSN has for our use, click the last tab across the top which says, "Clipart Gallery." (see above) There will be various subjects with several different clip art photos to choose from. Once again, once you decide on your photo, just click it and click "."
This will put the photo in your message.
The middle tab across the top, says, "My computer." By clicking the "Browse" tab, you'll be able to find various spots on your hard drive, where you've saved photos or animated gifs.
To use one of these photos or animated gifs, click the picture icon you'd like to use, and again, click "."
Now finish typing your message.
