 Removing Photos

If you upload a lot of photos, documents or attachments, you can very easily run out of storage space.  Therefore, you may want to clean house every now and then and get rid of some old photos etc. Just remember once you remove these photos or documents, if you used them any place in an MSN group, they'll no longer appear. Be sure to save them on your computer, just in case you want to use them again.

To remove the photos, documents, etc., open the Member Tools link in the left navigation bar of a group you belong to. If you manage a group, it will say Manager Tools.
Click on "Manage your storage Space." (right hand side of the screen)
This will bring up a page with 3 options for finding your uploaded photos, documents, or attachments.

Under the first tab, My Documents, you can click the drop down arrow (1.) and find a group where you've uploaded any documents
You'll see a small square next to each document (2).
Put a check in each square next to the document you'd like to remove and then click (3) "Delete Selected Files."
The second tab works basically the same way, showing you the drop down section for each group where you've uploaded  a picture to a photo album. Again, put a check next to each picture you'd like to remove but this time click "Delete Selected Pictures" instead of Files.
Attachements works the same way but will say "Delete Selected Attachements."
That's all there is to it.
