Do you suffer from Sad <Seasonal Adjustment Disorder>?
Does it always seem worse because its winter? Do you confine yourself to the house and stop seeing friends and family?
 
Drag yourself outside for a walk... Yes its cold... but even though you can see it...THE SUN is still there!

20 minutes of sunshine a day provide you with  VITAMIN  D...which helps fight.....DEPRESSION....(and is pretty ok for your bones!)
