Ok, YOU have been named Judge over the following defendants. You decide what their punishments should be. Be specific and defend your choices. (If you know of anyone else that should be added, please add them.) - Former Duke Lacrosse team prosecuter Mike Nifong who purposefully hide evidence from the defense teams and claimed the defendants guilty when he knew he had evidence that proved them innocent. One defendant was not even at the party but was still arrested.
- Paris Hilton who was stopped for DUI a couple of times and stopped the last time for driving under suspension and reckless driving. She showed up late for court each and every time she was scheduled for court, one time as late as an hour.
- Phil Spector who is accused of murdering a young lady at his home. He claims she committed suicide but evidence and testimony has shown that Phil had admitted guilty at least twice before to two seperate individuals.
- Rep. William Jefferson, D-LA, who is accused of taking bribes in connection with two African telecommunication deals. Two people, one a former aide, implicated Rep. Jefferson in the probe. After a search of his office and residence, a lump sum of cash totaling over $90,000 in his personal freezer (make your own "cold cash" joke here).
- Judge Roy Pearson who is suing a dry cleaner for the loss of his favorite pair of pants. The cleaners are first generation immigrants who set up the cleaners and have lived the American dream, till now. The judge is suing because the cleaner lost his pants and he is now suing for , ok hang on to your hats, a total of $54,000,000, yes, that is $54 MILLION dollars. By the way, the cleaner found his pants, in good shape. The judge claims they are not his pants but the tag matches the one on his receipt.
Ok, You be their judge............................. |

1) Mike Nifong would be dis-barred and have to marry the girl who claimed rape. 2) Paris would have to clean toilets in a large Las Vegas hotel for three years. 3) Phil should be found guilty of murder and end up with life in prison. 4) William Jefferson can work for the Clintons now since he knows corruption and taking bribes. 5) Disbar the judge and make him work at the cleaners. |
