 I SNUCKED OUT TO CALIFORNIA TO BE WITH MY FAMILY !!!!!!!!!!!!! I DID GET PLENTY OF REST !!!!!!!! BUT I DROVE IT TOOK ALOT OUT OF ME IT WAS A 5 HOUR DRIVE. GOOD TO BE BACK HOME !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'M DOING OK MY PAIN IS NOT SO HARD STILL HAVE SOME BUT THAT'S ONGOING. I AM LOOKING FORWARD TO GOING TO WORK I WILL NOT PUSH TO HARD. I DID ENJOY THE TIME AWAY. I WILL BE SEENING A PAIN MANAGEMENT DR. HOPE IT HELPS THEY MENTIONED CORTIZONE SHOTS WHICH SOUND REAL SCAREY.
ANYWAYS YOU ARE DOING WELL ? HOW IS THE WEATHER WHERE YOUR AT ? WHERE ARE YOU AT ? I CAN NOT REMEMBER IF YOU HAVE MENTIONED THAT OR NOT LOL !!!!!
OH BY THE WAY SORRY FOR SUCH A BIG FONT I HAVE TROUBLE WITH SMALL ONES LOL !!!!

I knew you had a problem....lol u remind me lol...I was thinking I wonder if she can see this lol...sorry....I am in Mississippi...We are suppose to get down to 20 tonight...It barely made it to 40 today but, it was a gorgeous day...just was extremely cold for MS.....
 
Pain Management hmmmm I had that epidural block once for my back...I didn't see that it did anything except...pain at the injection site for weeks...I hope the shots work for you....I had one in my bursa( that is in the side of the hip joint)...wasn't bad....The doc didn't wanna do it lol...it hurt her more than it did me...but...I haven't had good results with things like that...but that's just me...
 
I need a vacation myself...geezz I haven't had one let me see ...the girls were in school...think my daughter was turning 15 and she is 21....but I do need to find some space for myself...some me time alone I think....I do everything with my girls...but I think I need some alone time....it would just have to be on the weekend...
 
When do you go to the Pain Management?  I am sure that they have talked to you about the pros and cons....That's something else I need to do for myself...finding something to channel pain into besides cleaning LOL....I wonder how my girls do that...not clean LOL...they do but, not like mom lol....
