Texas Ghoulash


Ingredients

 
Texas Ghoulash
 
1 1/2 lb hambuger meat
2 small cans tomato sauce
2 TBS tomato paste
1 small onion diced
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 1/2 cups cooked macaroni
 
 

Procedure

Brown hamburger meat then add onions cook til onions are tender. Drain well. Add cooked macaroni, tomato sauce and tomato paste. Salt and Pepper to taste. simmer about 15/20 minutes. Serve. Makes enough for 6 people.
 
I usually serve with baked or home fried potatos/ green salad and garlic bread. Quick, easy and yummy!
