Take all excess fat off of CHicken..........cut up, place in deep boiler with salt and boil till done and meat fallsoff bones........Take chicken out and remove all fat and skin...DO NOT POUR OUT THE WATER......this is very important!!!! Break up cooked chicken..set aside
Place spaghetti in Broth and cook until desired taste..................DO NOT DRAIN NOODLES after boiling......re-add chicken, rotel tomatoes and pkg of velvetta cheese (cut up in smaller pieces), let simmer.........now the other cheese is strictly if you think it needs more..........if you don't add more, you might have very soupy chicken spaghetti......I like cheese so I put another half of the other pack. of cheese in it and let simmer until done.........
