Ingredients
1 cup of All Bran (cereal) 1/2 cup sultanas 1/2 cup dried apricots 3/4 cup sugar 1 1/4 cups milk
Procedure
Combine all ingredients, and soak overnight in the refridgerator. Add 1 1/2 cups of self raisingflour, and bake in a moderate oven for around one hour. This is a lovely type of cake to have it cut in slices and a little butter spread on each slice.
