Whip chilled milk, add sugar. Dissolve gelatine in water. Blend in cocoa and vanilla to the gelatine. When cool pour into the milk mixture. Mix thoroughly. When beginning to thicken, pour into bowls or one big dish. Decorate with cream (and a little castor sugar added to the cream). Then on top of the cream, grate a Peppermint Crisp bar, mmmm lovely.
