When we learn about the realms we would find that astral realm is like our earth, though it its more mental image, less a physical. Spirit would use thoughts to create an reality those millions of people who enter the astral plane, find that there is a difference  those realms than the earth. There are countless messages from the other side. that there are concert halls, museums, hospitals, even schools and homes though l would say these building, of this l have seen when in meditation... are so fine they like a roman style to those halls of learning etc.... they are all set in wonderful landscapes in the most beautiful paintings on earth can only touch a glimpse which so breathtaking beauiful, everything will have a bright glow about it... colours are more vivid..... there is higher realms which we can go, some so high we may not beable to go too. The Spirit beings from them realms can visit us.. These realms are of pure love, Light and wisdom... Some spirit beings that go to the astral realms can rest and enjoy what we would call Paradise to think what they would like to do in their new role in the spirit world. For some people they have to come back to earth-plane because they have not learnt enough about life's lessons or they take a special role on the earth-plane. As the spirit world we will still evolve spiritually for some of us will have a Spirit guide who would learn us how to purify the mind, and raise the vibration of consciousness so that they can ascend to the higher levels of the astral realm. They will find freedom in this realm... Under the law's of the universe, some of us will want to stay, again as no clocks in spirit world it could take eons of years.... Some of us will want to emulate the life style that they lived eg; campfire if they are from that primitive era.. It all depends on spirit wanting to know more... if they do not believe in the afterlife, when they get to spirit world they may not believe in the earth-realms... Spirit people can live where they want either castles to a tepee...  it depends on what makes them happy... New spirit beings will get their wish and chance to meet people of all ages in human history and to meet other intelligent beings in other realms ....The astral realm is shared by new arrivals from Earth, various life forms human and animal as well other beings. How readily a newcomer can accept the many new and unusual things are one factor determining how quickly he or she can move on to the subtler dimensionsâ€?
