1st part of circle�Healing through prayer

Absent healing is about sending healing to someone (or even to an animal or place) without them being physically present. As for some of us, we naturally send out a prayer for those who are in need, and of giving that prayer please find that absent healing can be equally, if not more powerful, than when the person is actually there. Where possible please let the person whom you are asking for healing, to know what and when we are actually sending out thoughts and prayer for them�
The healing thoughts we are going to focus on sending a positive thought to each of the people whose names appear on the list and only ever for each individual's Highest Good. Energy follows thought, so as we focus on positive, loving, healing energy, May spirit will bring that all is asked in Gods name to each name vibration.

 

2nd part of circle�Healing and cleansing chakra or energy centers
 

   

 

We start with the

base/root {red}

navel   {orange}

solar plexus {yellow}

heart {green}

throat {light blue/turquiose}

third eye {indigo/lavender}

crown  {white/purple}

 

 

we will do visualising and cleansing, on each part of the chakras. With the help of our guides and helpers and God, we should feel a balance or cleansing energy.
