Passing
As spirit rises from my body,
To walk a higher plain,
Cleansed from confusion,
No longer feeling pain.
Theres no need for sadness,
Please wipe away your tear,
As spirit rises from my body
It releases all my fear.
As spirit rises from my body,
To a place of calm and grace,
Be happy in the knowledge,
Im in a better place.
Please dont cry my friend,
For i will always be near.
In times of need just call me,
I will hear you loud and clear.
And stand by your side,
As i did in life,
To guide you through your troubles,
And rid you of your strife.
Smile for me my loved ones,
For i have reached my goal,
To live life full of sunshine,
And to love you from the soul.
