I personally just made the new jerk chicken nachos at my show tonight and the first thing I thought about was SUPER BOWL!  They were very yummy!!!  I would use the bar pan instead of the LRS though to keep everything on the stone.  Serve them with beer, even better!  Another favorite is the touchdown taco dip (make sure to at least double the recipe in the oval baker instead of the small oval baker.)  HTH
