I've shot one that was a semi-auto with I believe was a 7 round clip.  I think the guy said it cost around 8 grand. Anyway I loved it and soon as I take care of a little bisness I'm definently getting one. The recoil wasn't to bad because of its action but I only shoot big bore firearms so I'm used to alot. Love to get in compition with one.

can u modify the 50 BMG with other recoil pads and muzzle brakes for less recoil?

Do yourself a favor and buy a complete rifle designed for the 50bmg. I have two that I highly recommend A Viper and an AR50. I have tried others and prefer these----Until I can get a Ma-duce
