Yes that's what Remington come up with to make the heavier loads shoot better. |

Hello Gamegetter: You are correct in assuming that the heaver bullets will be more accurate in a fast twist [1 in 9] such as you have. For hunting you will probably do very well with the 100gr. or 105gr. bullets loaded with IMR4320 or IMR4350 of a moderate velosity of 2800 to 3000 fps. For competition you may wanr to try the 107gr. Serria Match King. I have had very good success with the 105gr. Serria semi-pointed bullet and 38.5gr. of IMR4350 at 2700 fps in my .243 Winchester 88 with a 1 in 10 twist. The 107gr. Match King is not recomended for such a slow twist as mine but should work well in your rifle. Good hunting and good shooting; Toomuch |

Thanks, it sounds like a good place to start! I do have some Hornady 105gr. A-Max rounds and plenty of IMR4350 Thanks again I'll keep ya posted! |
