My biggest fear is that now we have a socialist in a place to spread the creed of igorance and the gospel of envy for the next 20+ years.  Osama has already come out in public saying that Bader-Ginsberg is his model of a SCOTUS justice.

 

For the sake of argument, lets say three want to retire in the next four years.  Unless the weanie Senators on the other side of the aisle grow a set and filibuster his nominees, we will end up with an activist, leftist SCOTUS and you'll see Heller v. DC overturned and other leftist agendas well past 2020.

 

You thought the Warren courts were problematic and responsible for a lot of this mess, you ain't seen nothing yet.
