I recently bought a 45 LC in a cattleman birdshead made by taylor arms.  Taylor gets there firearms made in the uberti factory so i'm not sure what the difference is but it works and shoots great and looks great also.  I paid 425 for my new in the box.

Try Navy Arms Company. They sell Uberti cheeper than direct through other wholesellers and importers.

No did I say a single action 45? I meant single action 22. Frontier Scout. Man am I going back.  I bought my daughter a single action colt 45 .real beauty pearl handles all that Jazz. She sold it before she died though because she was afraid he would take it and sell it.  I don't think I would be able to handle that large or a gun. It was a long barrel and I like my small guns. They slip right into my back  pocket and noone can see them.
