I've got a good load that shows promise.
I recently had a parker/hale Canadian sniper action rebarreled to 7mm08 with a chrome- moly fluted heavy barrel with a 1 in 9-1/4" twist. I have this mounted on a Macmillan tactical stock with a bushnell 6x 24 pwr scope with a mil dot reticle. I've been experimenting with various powder loads and bullets and I find that the rifle will only group bullets weighing 60gns or heavyer better than 1 MOA. I find that I can get 3/4" @ 100yds. with a 5 shot string, useing IMR 4064 pushing a Sierra BTHP with a CCI BR2 primer. COL is 2.660" and a Rem case. Temperatures during this recent test were well below freezing (-15 deg C), so I didn't bother to chrono the load. I have only started to experiment with loads and If I find anything better, I'll keep you posted.
