I don't remember if in GB there are agave plants, it's a succulent plant that has a flower only once in its life. In Mexico they do tequila by its large leaves.
 
The flower may be truely very high as these two

Sandro, my friend. If my memory serve's me right, the native american used to make there's bow's out of that stalk, and the arrow's out of hazel twig's. But that's a beauifull location . And the beach, perfect. I can just imagine Jane, (sandinmyshoes,) running about on there, very brown and gorgeouse.lol

You live in a beautiful area. It must be wonderful to live by the sea, especially in summer, when you can invite all your friends over and dance and get merry on red wine!
