Spring is tripping over Winter,
The message is,
"Time for your yearly sleep;"
Winter shouts,
"Have'n fun 'n,
Im not finished yet!
Still have some devastation to create,
Flowers moures,
I'll cover them all;
Don't put your Winter coats, scarves, and hats away yet,
Cuz I'm not tired yet."
Last Thursday was sposed to be,
The first day of Spring,
And it is standing there,
Tapping it's foot,
Awaiting Winter's last gasp;
It's grand finale,
Will not get a standing ovation.
As we are truly ready,
For sunshine,
And endless warmth;
So go home Winter!
Hope you get the hint?
We are all standing here, screaming, "We want Spring! We want Spring! We want Spring! Hope its gets the hint.
