I just wanted to say hi to you, Delois and Maqua too.  How are things?  Good I hope.  I try to say hi to my spirit guides at least once a day.  At least with your help I know some names now.  I'm not big on small talk so I'll just sign off and leave you with a wonderful thought.

Well, hello,,great to hear from ya, and happy that you are talking to your guides. We are doing ok, good days and a few bad once in a while,,but that is part of life.Hope your world is going ok, and that your spiritual growth will continue...
