Hello, In a couple of days, I will ask Maqua if he has some info for ya, and maybe your guides will send info that will help you get started. I know that we must listen in our thought for them to give us messages. Maqua and I talk like that all the time, and have since I was age 5. Learn to listen and feel them. Ask them to touch you, maybe on the side of your face, for example. When I am in a hurry, and I need a yes or no answer,,Maqua touches the left side of my face for a no, and the right side for a yes.
