Hi, I've been reading a lot of the posts on here. My question is how we decipher whether what we hear in our minds is our spirit guide. I find that my mind is always going a mile a minute and its so crowded with ideas and thoughts so I don't know how to tell if its just me saying things in my mind (which I do) or if its a spirit guide |

Hello Jen, My mind is the same way it takes forever for me to shut it down enough to go to sleep. My mind also is forever going a mile a minute. |

Jenn of course it is probably diffrent for everyone but for me the voice in my head definately "sounds" diffrent not my normal chit chat to myself and if it come out loud it also sounds diffrent. I know there have been times when I really wanted to know something but I knew I was fooling myself simply because of the "tone " of the voice. It is just very definate. Hope this helps Love Wolfie |
