Over the long holiday weekend, I had an extremely vivid dream and thought I would share it with you.

In this dream, my daughter, who is 14, passed away. She is the same age in the dream as she is now. I don't know how she died because the dream really begins at her funeral, but it kind of feels like it was an accident of some sort.

There were a lot of people there. I recognized her friends and teachers. My husband was there. Oddly, my son was not there. I did not see him at all.

The funeral took place in her school gym and was a very nice service. Afterwards, everyone just stood around, talking. The overall mood seemed better after the funeral.

Also in this dream, I remember thinking, "What do I tell people when they ask me how many children I have?" I was extremely sad, confused...going through every emotion possible, it seemed. It felt like I was a zombie...I couldn't believe this was happening. How can I go on without her?How could I have prevented this? I felt a lot of guilt.

It wasn't a very long dream, but I cannot get it out of my mind. Usually when a dream is like this, I am told by my guides to share it, so that is what I am doing. I fear that this dream could be a prophetic one and it does frighten me.

I would love to hear opinions on this. Please don't be afraid to say anything, no matter what it is.

My guide Jia is immediately saying no, its not preminitory in any way. One of two things is happening. First and foremost, you are seeing your daughter in this dream as a special type of archetype. Your daughter actually represents a feeling or emotion that you have and this dream was really about an area of your life, not the death of your child.
So go back through this dream and see what you can figure out. Jia says that dreams or meditations which involve death always, always means transformation and new beginnings. Is there an area of your life recently transformed? If it feels like it was an accident, accidents signal that you need to re-evaluate part of your life or look at what you just transformed in your life, to make sure you are "on check".
You reacting to the death of your child in the dream is significant of the emotions that you need to express in some area of your life. Jia is giving me the distinct impression that there is some hidden, deep area of your life, like a really, really, really bad tragic event from childhood/ young adult hood that you keep maybe pushing really far down, but unknowing to you, and for whatever reason, it may be starting to surface.
Jia again assures me up and down that this is NOT a dream about your daughter dying! (And if it helps, in ALL the talks I have ever had with Jia and all the hundreds of times I have channeled her, she has never not told the utmost truth!)

Hope I helped,
Mary

Hi, I dont do redings or interpret dreams. But I was led to think about a dream I had along time ago when my now 27 yearold daughter was about 9. I was divorced with 2 kids...under alot of stress.....and I dreamed one night that when I woke up she wasnt in her bed... I looked everywhere....I began to walk downour dirt road calling for her since I knew she walked in her sleep alot...I was afraid she had wondered off asleep......I saw something in the ditch..it was her crumpled body laying there in a white nightgown and it had blood smears on it. She was notm oving......I neared her body and just as I was realizing she was dead in my dream I woke with a start....ran to her room and made sure she was there....and even tho I knew it was only a dream..it bothered me forever and still does just remembering it and the fear....I also was afriad it was a premonition.....but turned out it was just an ordinary dream...maybe my fear for our futures and safety being alone just us three was magnified in that dream........anyway...just wante dto reasure u that I dont think its a fortelling of an event....just a bothersome dream our subconsious throws at us.....take care...suzi

Mary,
Thanks for the feedback! It is interesting that you mention transformation. I have received a lot of signs regarding a transformation in my life, but I have no idea what it is...maybe it hasn't happened yet.

Hi Debbie
Though i don't claim to be an expert, dreams are a natural passion of mine, i feel that your dream signifys the end of your childs "childhood" and the beginning of a new phase in her life, and of course in  yours as she is your child. This dream is a blessing, it is more warning than most people get about the transfomations taking place in their lives. I feel you have an opportunity to celebrate and embrace the coming of a new period in your lives and the "passing" of the former. I wish you many happy days together as i am sure , there are many ahead for the two of you.
