Thanks!  I'd know the street if I saw it, but no idea of the name.  However, I'm pretty sure that if you're walking the main drag in front  of the Empress, you eventually pass it (if you're walking away from the Parliament builidings -- not sure of directions in Vic).

The strange thing is, a few nights later, I dream about *another* street in Victoria. Unfortunately the clarity of it left real fast, so I can't say at all what street that one was.
