I want the kind of Faith like Abraham

GLORY GIVING FAITH

Romans 4:19-20 (KJV)
[19]
"And being not weak in faith, he considered not his own body now dead, when he
was about an hundred years old, neither yet the deadness of Sarah's womb:

 [20]
He staggered not at the promise of God through unbelief; but was strong in
faith, giving glory to God."

This is the kind of faith I strive for.  I want the kind of faith like Abraham,
that when faced with something that in our own finite thinking is impossible
(such as having children at age 100),  but God says is possible,  then I would
"stagger not" at the promise.

There's too much "staggering" over God's promises today!  Think for a moment.
Why should we stumble and stammer and stagger over God's Word?  Has it ever
proven to be untrue?  Have we put it to the test,  or do we take what some
"scholars" say as truth over and above God's own Word?  I think on many
occasions Christian's choose the former.

God's Word provides all the proof we need.  He has never failed those whom He has considered His family.  If you are a born-again Christian,  than you are a part of God's family and entitled to all that is promised in the Word.

We need to simply have faith in what God promises. In What The Word Say's

Yes Amen And Amen, Praise God.

May God Richly Bless You, Love In Christ, Joylee.

If there be therefore any consolation in Christ,
if any comfort of love,
if any fellowship of the Spirit,
if any bowels and mercies,
Fulfill me my joy, that ye likeminded,
having the same love,
being of one accord, of one mind.
