This Scripture is a good passage to show that if we are Christians we should live the way God wants us to live. We as Christians are the salt of the earth and in this Scripture what good are we if we have abandoned God and gone for the more secular life? What is our purpose of being salt when we have lost our flavor as Christians? Instead we as Christians are to be strong in the faith and no matter what we MUST follow our Lord Jesus or then we are no better then the flavorless world we live in. We need to be different then the rest of the world in the way we love each other, have faith in our Savior Jesus Christ, and live all out for Him.

Dear Jesus Christ,

Thank you for our lives and blessing us. Lord I pray that You will help us and make us strong so we can live in Your footsteps .And through Your Word we will become stronger and stronger. Thank You Christ for Your Amazing Word. Thank You for loving us so much that You have made us salt and light to a dying world.
