Keep that single female isolated from the pair on eggs. She thinks she can "help" and she won't do a thing but stir up trouble.
It's probably too late for these babies but you may want to buy a guaranteed pair of society finches. They will feed other finches babies.  I bought several pairs in case I needed them to feed Gouldian babies, but my Gouldian parents fed nicely.
Societies are adorable little birds and you will enjoy them even if you don't need them for feeding. Each pair does need a separate cage, though.

As far as handfeeding, there is a lot you need to know. Best to be hands-on taught but at this late stage maybe you can find help in this article.

I have a friend who used to raise Gouldians and still raises show winning red factor canaries. His wife hand feeds day one babies with a flat toothpick. Long slow tedious job but she hasn't lost one yet. There are also tiny little plastic pipettes available, but if you don't practice before using them you will aspirate the babies.

Are you feeding the parent birds plenty of fresh veggies, greens and egg food? If they don't have a good healthy diet they cannot produce and feed healthy babies.
Annie

Separate cages.  Incubator.  Proper equipment.  The time needed.  And the knowledge to do the job properly.   All good reasons not to start breeding birds, if you don't have all of the key ingredients for success.

another thought...Scociety Finches! A pair of them, very inexspensive, make excelent foster parents, I used them for my Gouldians, take thier eggs out and replace with the Gouldian eggs, they will raise them fine. Or do It by hand with a tooth pick :)
