Hey, congratulations! Eating like a piggie and already liking showers--you've got a real sweetie there. I'll bet he's a red sided, is he? Seen more of them around here lately than anything else. My guy Shannon is a solomon island, just a little guy compared to some of the other subspecies. Does he still have a black stripe down the middle of his nose...er, beak? So glad he's settling in so well, and so quickly. Can't wait to see pictures of him. |

I really like them too. Very beautiful birds. The nicest ekkie I have met has to be Naynay's ekkie Rosie! She gave me kisses and was a real Sweetie! Carol you'll have to post some pics! does your fella have a name yet? I always try to gauge their personality for a while before naming. Nan |
