What is happening in the room when you hear that sound? Could they be frightened or are they fighting? Could be nothing more than a fun sound they like to use.

I don't know of any wav files with budgies sounds. There may be some that I haven't noticed.

I record my parrots all the time and have many silly sounds from them but no budgie sounds.
