If you would like me to create a Progress Journal for you, to keep track of your accomplishments, goals, new insights, funny stories, let me know. Keep in mind, others in the group will be able to read it. Brenda |

Dear Brenda, I think a progress journal sounds like a great idea. I want to tell people about the progress I'm making but most of my family and friends don't find it a terribly exciting topic...which, granted, it isn't. Only those who are experiencing the same things can understand how exciting it is to see the sink empty and clean. So how do I go about setting up one of these journals? Tracey |

Hi, Tracey -- I just created a new message category called Tracey's Journal, so you can just go in and post new messages. You might just want to call each subject line that day's date. You can list what you accomplished that day/week. Or you could use it to set goals. or whatever you would like. All you have to do is choose Tracey's Journal from the Message Board, then choose New Discussion and give it a title, and then enterwhatever you want to record that day. You are making me want to get back to keeping my own "diary" again. And you are right, it is good to be among people who understand that it IS exciting to have a clean, empty sink! -- |

Hi Brenda... This is a GREAT idea. I would love for you to create a journal for me. My biggest fault is procrastination right now. I would rather be doing something else that I enjoy instead of the stuff that I 'need' to do. This journal will help me lay out my daily schedule and FOLLOW IT! Thanks, Debbie (rtwdeb) |

I too love the idea and will start a journal right away :) I have kept one on the Curves forum I belong to and it's interesting to read up on how things have changed over the course of time! I also had some success at a written cleaning journal awhile back but didn't keep it up (I spend too much time online lol) Jen |

I'd love to have a journal please. Just a good way to express what we are dealing with in family, friends, and life in general. Not just for shedules, but to also need help in dealing w/ strong & heavy issues that have not gone away yet from the pass. I'm hoping that maybe someone can give my advice/opinions. Thanks, Misty P.S. can you please copy the background below to go on the intro page. TY. Misty's Mail Hello, Thanks for stopping by. Hi Brenda,
Can I get a Progress Journal? I like to share my cleaning and clearing progress. It's really a non-stop procedure.
Blessings, Luna |
