ok i have had the same resolutions for the past ... hmmmm ... oh i dont know how many yrs.
- stop procrastinating
- get dressed every day (being a housewife its way to easy to stay in pj's especially ifn its cold! LOL)
- straighten/clean/declutter 1 area every day
- eat 3 meals a day
- smoke less cigs
- drink more water
- exercise at least 15 mins a day
and guess what ?!? i actually have followed thru w/ 4 out of the 7! the same 4 i did yesterday! i think i may have the gumption to do this finally! now this may not sound great to anyone else but since i usually never even make it on the 1st day, let alone 2 days and more'n half of my list!
