Hi, how about trying a challenge this week? something easy. for example, pick something you always put off because you hate it and spend 15 minutes on it. then tell the group what it was, and how you feel about starting to do something about it. I am thinking of some longstanding task that's been making you anxious. I find that sometimes the anxiety that procrastination produces is much worse than whatever it is I am avoiding, and then I want to kick myself for torturing myself about it for so long.... If you're really stuck with a task, tell us what it is and maybe one of us has found a way to tackle such things.... Brenda

I have the hubby home today, for a change.......so I am hopeful to have him assist me with some of the heavier tasks. 
I have been jotting down things all morning so far that we could do. 
Sort of a pick and choose "to do list".
Only a few of them are MUST do today items.  Like take the garbage to the dump as it is only open today.
And bag up uluminum to take to sell, again, need the truck to do it, and he usually has it.
But we are also going to program in some time to just sit in the sun and put our feet up.  I want to listen to the spring birds for a while to recharge my spiritual batteries so to speak.
