my dd left my house just over a week ago. she was suppose to assist me in decluttering, organizing and cleaning my house since she decided she didnt want to take care of her baby. thats fine cuz i am completely in love w/ my Peanut. she is perfect! anyways, since dd has been gone my house has been cleaner, more organized and happier than its been in the year plus she was here! feels great round here! and even smells wonderful too! LOL!

that is wonderful news!  I wish I could say the same about my house!  My husband and I spend about 20 hours last weekend each, decluttering, mostly in our 10 yr old son's room while he was away at a scouts sleepover.  His room is much more organized and we managed to throw away a lot of trash!  Now if only we had time to complete the rest of the house!  We are supposed to be having a garage sale next weekend and we are not prepared as we should be!  To top it all off, we purchased a newer tent trailer so we had to get our old one popped up, cleaned out and ready to sell, and we have no where to store the camping gear until we get our new one here :)  It's all in rubbermaid bins outside under the old camper, lets hope we have decent weather!  I am very excited about the new trailer though, 20 years newer than our old one!  And it is still 10 yrs old!!

Hopefully your garage sale trash is gonna be someone else's treasure

LOL I hear ya Mrs Dee.....I felt the same way when the Demon Seed prematurely decided he was old enough & mature enough to move out   That child was an unreedemable slob & never helped either

I got my restitution tho ....5 yrs after the fact, he is still struggling & wishes he hadn't been such a stubborn lil temper tantrum, sez he tells all his pals who are thinking about fleeing the roost to stay put & save yer money at your parents' expense LOL
