I don't know how old your daughter is, but perhaps you can get some help from 'grandmother' here?  Maybe.

 

I hate to think of this abusive child and what she might do to an elderly person.  I'm hoping you can keep close tabs on this situation.

 

As the house is your mother's she is the one who must take action. I wish I had better news. But I don't know what to say here.
