Vera,
My anger came from other people blaming me, or thinking that I preferred my biological children to the adopted ones that were p/n.    But there was a time I use to judge parents, and thought to myself: "just give me a week with those kids and I'll have em fixed!"  lol  Boy did I learn that lesson!  You are detaching in anger now, but eventually you will be apathetic and detached with peace.  I can stay apathetic as long as i have no contact, and that includes no contact with ANYONE who has a relationship with or defends my p/n son.   But, my anger does flare up occasionally from memories.
