Hi Stephen, Ive just got round to reading your story and my god, i could be reading about my own child and the troubles with social services lies and the CPS.  Was it Prestwich Hospital Facts Team that did the assessment because it looks virtually the same as my sons.  John Hickling and Dr Kenny Ross.  They were very good but unfortunately Social workers took absolutely no notice and my son was locked up for Criminal Behaviour.  That was about 3 months after the Facts report was done, 2 years ago. He was in a 5 hour police chase having stolen a 2tonne truck and was going round trying to hurt people he didnt like in it.  The solicitor said that he was horrified having watched the footage on the chase.  Guess what, hes now locked up again,  3rd time in 2 years.  This time on 5 charges, for 3 of the charges he got a 12 months sentence each, to run concurrently and a 6 year driving ban, so for 3 years he would have served 6 months.  Hes not 15 yet.  Within 2 weeks of him being locked up, it went to Crown Court and he will be out in 2 months, having served only 4 months of a 3 year sentence.  I know that with this disorder, he will never learn but he is a danger to himself and others including myself when he is on the outside.  Social Services, rather than spend money keeping him out of the area and me safe, keep moving him back where he can walk to me.  He is violent, he hides knifes everywhere, he breaks in the house and steals everything and he is always drunk and drugged up.  Ive told social services that when he comes out this time, if they move him back local then they had better watch this space because I will blow them publicly out of the water, they wont know whats hit them.
