Hi Sandra,  Dont know if this will help or not have my nephew who is bipolar and NPD. His mother is also that is why I have had custody of him for a year and dealing with his condition. We have went thru many therapists and doctors and different medications until we finally found one that worked for him anyway and worked both on his bipolar and his NPD.  He takes Seroquel 25mg in the morning, and afternoon and 200mg. at night to sleep and calm him. Its worked for 4mos so far knock on wood and he is almost like a normal kid as long as he takes it. If he misses a dose because we are out some where though the problems and anger and manic episodes of anger and rage will return at the drop of a hat. needless to say we carry a spare dose of his medications with us at all times now.  Hope it helps JChas2
