Hey Angelbear - sounds good to me!  I need someone to give me a push!!!  Can we start this next week?  I have some friends staying with me for a few days so it'll be kind of hard to get round to biking but I most definitely could manage a 30 minute walk!  Fancy that for a week and then onto biking????
