How Many times a week do you exercise?
Everyday! I do cardio 4-5days, yoga at least one day, pilates one day, free weights 2 days, and my "rest" day is either more yoga or I have some actual meditation DVDs that start with yoga first.

Usually 45-60minutes, unless time is short, then 30 minutes
Do you do Yoga?
Yes! If I didn't have some neck issues I would do it more often that I do.
Are you in good general health?
Nursing an avulsion fracture in my ankle, and chronic herniated disks in my neck, but other than that, I feel I am in good health.
What is your favorite piece of gym equipment?
In my younger years it would have been step bench but my knees don't like that anymore. I guess free weights that I use at least twice a week, and I walk on our treadmill once a week.
How many glasses of water do you drink a day?
Off days 6-8 glasses, work days is probably double that. Yes, I potty a lot!
When was the last time you went for a walk, just to walk?
A couple months ago at work during lunchtime.
I started exercising late 1984 and haven't stopped yet. At one point it was an addiction, I logged in total time, point system using cooper's aerobic scale, once I almost turned down going shopping for new dishwasher as it would interfere with my exercise time. But I wised up and realized I was punishing myself mentally and physically by doing all of that. So I no longer log down what I do, I have lightened up as I use to exercise more before vacation to compensate for when I would miss, I no longer compulsively do that either. And now even if in my mind it is a cardio day, if I really want to do yoga, I will substitute. I think I can proudly say, I love to exercise and I have a healthy balance with it right now that I get enough benefit from it mentally and physically. hugs, Josie
