I like to exercise at least four days a week and preferably six. I use my treadmill regularly and do old-fashioned calisthenics like JUMPING JACKS at least two days a week!!
However, having just started a new job that may all change again.

How Many times a week do you exercise?Every morning(honestly,lol).I go for a spin on my stationary bike.

15 minutes,20 at the most
Do you do Yoga?
No
Are you in good general health?
If you cut out the arthritis & epilepsy(controlled)I'm a pretty healthy gal(just alittle overweight)
What is your favorite piece of gym equipment?
If I did go to a gym(which I don't)I think I'd head for the spincycles 1st thing!
How many glasses of water do you drink a day?
Not enough!I carry around one big bottled water & that's it.
When was the last time you went for a walk, just to walk?That's hard to say.My last walkjustbecause trip was at the mall,especially with the heatwave this Summer.But I don't even do THAT enough.

except for my present pneumonia, yes. LOL!

hand weights-kettlebells

5 bottles minimum
 
When was the last time you went for a walk, just to walk?
one week ago before I got pneumonia. I love walking

I try to get in some exercise every day.  Don't always make it.
For How Long
Depends on what I'm doing.  Trampoline 5 min, walking 20-30 minutes
Do you do Yoga?
Not recently
Are you in good general health?
No

Recumbent Bike
How many glasses of water do you drink a day?
4-6
When was the last time you went for a walk, just to walk?
Walked over to the nursing home to see hubby Wednesday.

How Many times a week do you exercise?
Everyday!  I do cardio 4-5days, yoga at least one day, pilates one day, free weights 2 days, and my "rest" day is either more yoga or I have some actual meditation DVDs that start with yoga first.
 
For How Long   
Usually 45-60minutes, unless time is short, then 30 minutes
 
Do you do Yoga?
Yes!  If I didn't have some neck issues I would do it more often that I do.
 
Are you in good general health?
Nursing an avulsion fracture in my ankle, and chronic herniated disks in my neck, but other than that, I feel I am in good health.
 
What is your favorite piece of gym equipment?
In my younger years it would have been step bench but my knees don't like that anymore.  I guess free weights that I use at least twice a week, and I walk on our treadmill once a week.
 
How many glasses of water do you drink a day?
Off days 6-8 glasses, work days is probably double that.  Yes, I potty a lot!
 
When was the last time you went for a walk, just to walk?
A couple months ago at work during lunchtime.
 
I started exercising late 1984 and haven't stopped yet.  At one point it was an addiction, I logged in total time, point system using cooper's aerobic scale, once I almost turned down going shopping for new dishwasher as it would interfere with my exercise time.  But I wised up and realized I was punishing myself mentally and physically by doing all of that.  So I no longer log down what I do, I have lightened up as I use to exercise more before vacation to compensate for when I would miss, I no longer compulsively do that either.  And now even if in my mind it is a cardio day, if I really want to do yoga, I will substitute.  I think I can proudly say, I love to exercise and I have a healthy balance with it right now that I get enough benefit from it mentally and physically.   hugs,  Josie

i excercise everyday for 30 minutes or more..
have never done yoga..
am in good health, even though i smoke..
treadmill...bike
i usualy drink 8 glasses  of water a day..
i walk a  each day...
i used 2 belong 2 curves..but it was the same thing everyday..only 30 seconds on a at a time, and the spring boards..usually w/ exercise on machines your muscle burn a little...not at curves

For How Long? I walk 4 hrs a week, practice yoga for 3 hrs a week and lift weight about 2 hrs a week

Do you do Yoga? yes

Are you in good general health? yes

What is your favorite piece of gym equipment? the leg press because it is the easiest to use

How many glasses of water do you drink a day? about 32 -40 oz

When was the last time you went for a walk, just to walk? I don't unless I am walking my cat

Wooo Hoooo! We must have the most fit bunch of fabulous women in the world!!!
You ladies have inspired me to run...NOT WALK to the gym!
 
I wish we all lived close and could meet in the mornings and maybe chat together as we are dying on the treadmill or just relax with some yoga!
 
Exercise is the hardest thing for me to work into my day. I go through spurts. Some weeks four to five days I am on the weights and treadmill. Then some weeks I can barely make it there twice. However, I saw an ad for Hip Hop Abs and this old bird is going to buy that! I can do it at home and only my kids will go blind....if they don't run for cover when I start shaking the house! LOL
