I am single no kids but have several hundred adopted Marines in Iraq and Afghanistan who I support.

I also own a company in the fitness industry (no, I am not here to spam or sell anything.. My company does in home personal training and weight management consulting so unless you live in the Tampa area, not a whole lot to sell)

I come from an overweight family (like my mom is about 100 pounds overweight) and I am 30 pounds lighter now than when I graduated highschool.... I have spent over 60k on my education and on most accounts am considered an expert in my field but,  just because I know what to do does not mean that I do not fall into unhealthy habits during times of stress or what ever .. .just like everyone else ....

Why I am here.... Okay, yes, I am in better than average shape but I have gained 7 pounds in the past year which leaves me feeling like crap, tired and unable to fit into 90% of the clothes in my closet.   I spend my day being everyone's go to person and the "expert" so it is pretty hard to be seen as having weight related challenges or being anything less than "perfect" with my food and exercise. So, I guess I just need a place where I can rant, vent, confess and be held accountable for my actions (or inactions)

Okay, that's my story  -  I look forward to getting to know everyone else

Day 2 of my Gett my head out of my Butt challange

TODAY'S THOUGHTS:   Looking forward to getting myself back on track. Who would have thought that, after 18 years of working out consistently, that it would be so easy to fall off track?

NUTRITION:
M1:
M2:
M3:
M4:
M5:
M6:

SUPPLEMENTS:   Multi w/ grapeseed and ginko, B comples

WORKOUT     Today is arms, core and cardio

WHAT I LISTENED TO DURING WORKOUT: I usually listen to my Anthony Robbins "daily magic" tape

WATER
Goal for today:   I 20 oz
Water yesterday:    120

CONFESSIONS?
WHAT:   Totally blew off my workout yesterday and getting to the grocery
WHY?:   Pure Laziness but I used the excuse that it was too cold
WHAT TO DO NEXT TIME:   Remind myself that each single daily action will add up to a result and decide if my action will get me the result that I am looking for

MINDSET:
Five things I need to do between now and tomorrow to move forward
1.   Groceries
2.   Arm , ardio and core workout
3.   Focus on where I want to be in 3 months
4.   Post here for accountability
5.   plan week's workouts

Three things I did very well yesterday:
1.  water
2.  vitamins
3.  wrote down my goals and shared  them  for accountability

One thing I could do better...       Get back to my old habits
