-30 minutes workout on DDR (about 300 calories burned right there)

-Working 7 hours (workout time is 1.75 hours)

Total Workout this Week- 5.25 hours

Saturday, January 19th

I've been sick this week (for 3 days)! I did an hour of DDR tonight.

So I got 3 hours of exercise in this week!

New Daily fitness work (3-5 days/week)

30 crunches
30 leg lifts
20 isolated leg lifts (right and left)
15 squats
15 side lunges (left and right)
15 pushups (modified for now)

This isn't in my 5 hours of DDR
