... I was verbally abused by a little prick on the phone today...  I will be complaining to my boss via email to stop this prick from using our service. He abused my cause I sent him an invoice and he claims he didn't use our service. I checked with the base AND the driver in question and it turns out he did use us. So I rang him back and gave him the facts of the matter and I got about 5 minutes of abuse. He told me he knew all about me and that all the drivers were afraid of me...  Does this prick not realise I'm off the fags?
