Serves: 2 Ingredients 2 apples, medium 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon, ground 2 ounces cheddar cheese, low-fat
Preparation - Remove cores from apples and cut into quarters.
- Place on a microwave-safe plate, and sprinkle with cinnamon.
- Microwave on high for 4 minutes.
- Sprinkle with cheese, and microwave for 1 minute more, or until cheese is melted.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving.
