Sour Cream Chicken
4 chicken breasts
1 clove garlic or to taste
1 Tbs. margarine
1 can cream of mushroom soup
8 oz sour cream
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella
1/4 cup white wine
2 Tbs. parmesan cheese
Cook garlic in butter. Brown chicken until a light golden brown. Place in baking dish. Heat all ingredients and pour over chicken. Bake at 350º for 1 hour.
