  Serves: 4   Ingredients   2 cups steamed brussels sprouts  1 teaspoon olive oil  1 garlic clove, minced  1/4 cup walnuts, chopped
   Preparation   - Heat a large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat.  
 - Add the oil then saute the garlic until golden, about 1 minute.  
 - Add the nuts and Brussels sprouts and reheat thoroughly, about 2-3 minutes. Serve hot.
