An angel is gladness and good thinking. It is rich surprise and happy answers all at once. It is melting into yourself when you are crying uncontrollable tears of joy and you don't know why.

An angel is like meeting yourself for the very first time. Like facing a part of your heart you have forgotten and claiming it, saying, "Yes, you are mine."

Know your angels in your precious self, in secret passages of your own longings for the light you treasure most and kiss when no one sees, and call your own.

We must build our own bridges to the angels. Every loving thought, every giving act, every wholesome intention is part of the construction. As Heaven would have it, when we start building our stairway to Heaven, the stairway takes on magical properties of its own. One day it begins to carry us to Heaven .... Not climbing anymore, we find ourselves falling up the Divine staircase, and we can fly!

Whenever we let go, we create a window through which the angels and all the love in the universe instantly flow.
